Overview
A Lead is responsible for a group of children and remains with them throughout the day moving around the club partaking in different activities. The club is primarily child led. General duties include setting up activities for children to engage independently and light cleaning. This role requires enthusiasm and confidence when working with school aged children.

For the Candidate
Is there any criteria?
You must be aged 18+ with the right to work in the UK. You must be able to demonstrate verbal English communication. Successful applicants will be required to go through a safer recruitment process (DBS).
Do I need to be qualified?
It depends on the role that you apply for. Management and leadership roles will have set requirements. Some jobs may only require experience.
Do I need to be experienced?
Experience is desirable however we are looking for persons that enjoy working with children and who are confident in their ability to positively engage.
